Shine at danceALIVE!

After weeks of grueling practice and rehearsals, our students saw the fruits of the labour at 'danceALIVE!' held on 27 and 28 Apr 07 at the Auditorium. The results can be summed up in two words - MAGICAL & INSPIRING! The biennial dance musical involved more than 160 students from 15 student clubs showcasing NYP's best talents in music, song and dance. The audience was dazzled by the glamour of Waltz and invigorated by innovative Tango. Indeed, the different genres of dance like Jazz, Hip Hop and Salsa were given exciting new 'twists' - drawing cheers and loud applause by the appreciative guests. Together with the vocal flair of our student soloists as well as the
musical talents of the Symphony Orchestra, Percussion and Saxophone
Ensembles - the musical was declared a resounding success by many guests. |
