NYAA and HSBC sent a team of young environmentalists from Singapore to work alongside Australian scientists at James Cook University in Northern Queensland on a Climate Change Research Project from 12 to 28 Jun 07. This project on Climate Change in Australia was the world's first and cost HSBC $85,000.00. NYAA Gold Award participant Siti Muzalifa Binte Mohamed Salleh from the School of Business Management was selected to be part of the six-person group. Muzalifa returned on 28 Jun 07 and was part of the groups presenting their findings to the President in July 07.
