Besides the professional counsellors, all students have a lecturer assigned to them as Personal Mentor.

The lecturer will take on the role of mentor and friend, providing assistance and guidance to students when needed.

First year students also benefit from the support and advice on various aspects of their lives at NYP from Student Mentors, made up of friendly senior students who volunteer their time to help their juniors settle into campus life.
