Corporate & Marketing Communications Division

The Corporate & Marketing Communications Division (COM) aims to foster a strong camaraderie and sense of belonging among NYP students. It produces a semestral newsletter, NYP Heartbeat, that provides students with news on campus happenings, special events and achievements of our students and graduates. Do look out for a copy of this informative newsletter! COM also keeps students updated regularly on the latest news and events through the plasma screens located around the campus.

Working closely with the NYP Schools and students, COM promotes NYP to secondary school students through talks, exhibitions, campus visits and workshops. It also produces posters, brochures and other promotional materials that contain not only course information, but also lots of sharing by NYP students on the enriching learning experience that NYP can offer students.

'ibuzz@NYP' (http://www.ibuzz.nyp.edu.sg) is a special website which secondary school students can interact with NYP - by taking part in contests, reading news on their participation at NYP and about our students, graduates and lecturers, as well as contributing stories and photos to the website. One signature event organised by COM is the annual Open House where 'O' level school leavers, secondary school students and parents visit the campus to find out more about NYP.

There are lots of opportunities for you as an NYP student to be involved in COM's activities - be a student guide and share your experience with visitors during Open House and campus visits, give a talk on NYP at your alma mater, contribute articles and drawings to NYP Heartbeat or ibuzz@NYP, or be a student photographer or journalist for our publications!
