There isn't a more opportune time than now to be involved in environmental technologies. Oil prices have risen to unprecedented levels, increasing the appeal of alternative fuels and energy. Obtaining clean water resources is continuously a challenge, and water treatment technology remains an area of research interest. On top of that, climate change is also urgently requiring the attention of technically competent scientists and engineers.
This course was developed to capitalize on the potential of a combined chemical engineering and environment engineering diploma. You may pursue your passion in environment studies while exploring chemical technologies familiar to the petrochemical and pharmaceutical industries.
The diploma in Chemical and Green Technology is a 3 year full time course that is packed with activities and projects, aimed at developing individuals with the technical expertise, environmental acuity and life skills required in the new economy. This is where you learn the technologies to create a better world.
