Product Engineering
The Product Engineering elective programme focuses on teaching the product innovation process and the use of computer-aided design (CAD) tools for product development. The students will be exposed to new technologies in micro systems and nanotechnology, the design simulation of such miniature devices, and the application of state of the art advanced metrology and quality assurance techniques. In addition, all students must complete a core module on Professional & Interpersonal Communication Skills in the final year. This module aims to help students understand and acquire communication skills they will need in the work place.
