Advanced Electronic Materials & Semiconductor Technology

This elective prepares graduates to be trained for positions as assistant engineers and process/laboratory technologists with focus on materials and materials processing in the semiconductor and consumer electronics industries. For these roles, you will be able to handle the processing equipment as well as be familiar with the characterization and failure analysis requirements of the various materials.
