    Project Information

Some examples of projects undertaken recently include the following:

Development of Interactive Services on IPTV Platform

This project involves development of diverse and highly interactive web and entertainment IPTV solutions to be enjoyed in the modern living room. The development work involves design and development of embedded applets and applications under the Microsoft .NET platform in the IP Set-Top boxes.

Development of Automated IPTV Quality of Experience (QoE) Test Suite Using Agilent N2X Test System

Faced with increasing competition with cable operators, telephone operators globally are offering TV services to their subscribers in the form of IPTV. IPTV consumes significant bandwidth on the operators’ existing network infrastructure. A critical success factor for operator to roll-out IPTV services lies in its ability to measure subscribers’ Quality Of Experience (QoE). In collaboration with Agilent Technologies, this project involves development of an automated IPTV QoE test suite to automate the measurement of subscribers’ quality of experience for the roll out of IPTV services.
