Director of Learning at the African Leadership University, Mr Seth Trudeau, was greatly impressed by NYP's way of standardising its learning experience design, saying that it would become "a model for institutions around the world". Mr Trudeau noted NYP's efforts to support its faculty with tools and frameworks, and thus leading to the production of "outstanding diversity and effectiveness of the learning experiences".

Founder of Shapers, Mr Niels Floor, praised NYP's efforts in having an active community of practice, and noted the support from management which energises staff members to offer students the best possible learning experience.

For Ms Liew Jia Lin, deputy manager at SHS/N, the conference taught her how a thoughtful design process - with the students in mind - could produce learning activities that are interactive and fun.
