The Customer Experience and Analytics Centre (CEAC) at SBM organised its first conversation series -Digital Transformation for SMEs (Small and Medium-sized Enterprises) - on Nov 28. Partnering e2i, ACI and TIBCO, the event gathered about 40 SME owners and executives. They heard from TIBCO's director of marketing for Asia Pacific and Japan, Mr Alan Ho, on how data analytics can transform the customer experience to make it more exclusive. The audience also learned about digital disruption transformation and how technology is deployed in businesses from Mr Kelvin Lim, director of The Food Explorer Group. The group's mission is to use food as an agent of positive change. Mr Lim shared his experiences in using the right tools to accelerate growth and reduce friction among the many units within his company. The programme also included site visits to the CEAC and the unmanned Cheers store.
