Animating for (a) Budget

Budget 2018 delivered some important news. Some are much-welcomed, and some, well... Let's not get into it. But here's what you may not know: Ministry of Finance approached SIDM to create an animated illustration for Minister of Finance Heng Swee Keat's Budget Speech 2018.
Second year animation students, Jamie Jessica Leong and Eleanora Si worked together with our staff and Motion Graphics and Broadcast Design alumnus, Nurhaziqah Ismail, on this lovely watercolor-esque creation. Check out the full animation here!
