Enrolment Step 1 to 3

AY 2012/13 Full-time Diploma Courses will commence on 16 April 2012

Congratulations on your posting to Nanyang Polytechnic!

You will receive your enrolment package from late Feb 2012.  Do look through the information in the package which includes :

• Step-By-Step Guide to Complete Your Enrolment
• Enrolment Guide 2012

You will go through the online enrolment process to confirm your acceptance of the course.  

The enrolment process is summarised below :

Logon to NYP Online Enrolment System.                Preview the information required for eEnrolment here.

 *Admission Number and PIN are printed on the Offer Letter in your Enrolment Package

Verify & provide your personal particulars and family details.

Complete information required under MOE Tuition Grant, financial schemes & interbank GIRO sections.

Read declarations carefully before confirming your acceptance of course offer.

Logon to NYP Online Enrolment System.

  Fees Payment

Bring Student Bill to UOB Bank Branches.

Pay cash / cashier's order / cheque* @ UOB Bank Branches.

  * cheque made payable to 'Nanyang Polytechnic'

 Submit blue copy of bill & confirmation slip to NYP.

Go to UOB Internet Banking.

 Print confirmation slip.

 Submit blue copy of bill & confirmation slip to NYP.

Go to eNETS Debit.

 Print confirmation slip.

 Submit blue copy of bill & confirmation slip to NYP.

  Other Enrolment Matters

Completes page 1 of the Medical Report and go for medical check-up and X-ray (refer to list of clinics on Medical Report).

Login to Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) website.

Check application status via ICA Student's Pass Online Application & Registration (For Polytechnics & Universities).

Upon ICA's approval, collect Student's Pass In-Principle Approval (IPA) letter from NYP @ Student Services Centre.

Submit recent passport sized colour photograph (white background). Paste it on Declaration Form.
