The following are some of the industry projects that we have worked on:
Briefing by Cellini personnel in preparation for the customer journey mapping project.
Customer experience journey mapping at Wing Tai’s TopShop. The results will be analysed and used to improve service experience.
Students designed, fabricated and installed a sight and sound display which captured the imagination of visitors at the Nex Shopping Mall.

Sustainable wooden toy design for Magic Forest.
Making the waiting lounge at the National Kidney Foundation Dialysis Centres more comfortable and friendly for patients. Five centres have adopted this concept.
Design proposals for public education for Dover Park Hospice.
Representatives from Siloso Beach Resort reviewed the proposals that included branding, toiletries, amenities and publicity materials.
