SkillsFuture Work-Study Programme (WSP) – For Employers

The SkillsFuture Work-Study Programme is also for companies, societies and non-profit organisations that are registered or incorporated in Singapore.

Your company/organisation will be able to attract fresh graduates to form your talent pool. Suitable candidates will be matched to a job in your organisation based on their field of study and undergo structured on-the-job training and mentorship.
