GEAR-UP for Better Employment Prospects

What is GEAR-UP?
Graduate Employability and Readiness UPskilling (GEAR-UP) programme. Specially launched by NYP, GEAR-UP aims to enhance the employability prospects of NYP graduates by broadening their skills and knowledge through further training.

Who is it for?
GEAR-UP is especially suitable for those graduating this year, as well as those who graduated 2 years ago and have just completed their national service duties and are now currently looking for employment.

Where to apply?
Courses are now open for application.
For Certificate Courses, please download the registration form and return them to NYP's Professional Development Centre at least 10 working days before course commencement.
For Specialist Diploma Courses, please apply online via PDC website. (Do note that course registration may close earlier subject to demand)

What courses are there?
The range of courses include specialised Information Technology courses in Web Design & Development and Internet Applications; courses in 3D Modelling Techniques, Web Design, Counselling; Specialist Diplomas in Games Development, Hospitality & Resort Management, etc.
