About CRMCC

Customer Relationship Management Call Centre (CRMCC) is one of the Business Centres operating under the Centre for Business Innovation (CBI) umbrella, a key business and training arm of the School of Business Management at Nanyang Polytechnic. A modern ‘Teaching Enterprise’ environment is stimulated in school, which it is in tune with the development of the real business world and provides opportunities for students to work in a whole different business environment.

 

Our state-of-the-art call centre is run and managed by our team of experienced call centre professionals and lecturers. It provides our students with the opportunities to work in a real business environment and handle hi-technology telecommunication gadgets. Moreover, students will gain valuable customer relationship management and communication skills, which is essential when they enter the working world.

 

Objectives 

We operate a State-of-the-Art Third Party Call Centre to provide the full range of call centre business solutions to the industry. Managed by our experienced call centre manager and supervisors, our dedicated and well-trained agents provide excellent customer service to help our clients meet their business objectives and strengthen their customer relationships. We also undertake call centre business solutions to assist companies in communicating and selling their services or products effectively and efficiently to their customers.

 

In addition, we aim to produce trained personnel to boost the call centre industry. Therefore, this hands-on practical training in a real-life call centre would be most beneficial to the students, as they gain essential skills and knowledge required for joining the working world.

Managed by our dedicated and experienced call centre manager and supervisors and having completed more than 30 projects for clients in industries ranging from Banking, Insurance, Hospitality to Telecommunications companies, CRMCC has the expertise and capabilities to help you achieve your business objectives..

 

Consisting of 30 agent seats, we are fully equipped with the state-of-art call centre technology and infrastructure that include PBX, IVR, Predictive Dialer, CTI and Internet Suite.
