About TEP
|
The cornerstone of the School of Business Management's (SBM) practice-based teaching is our Teaching Enterprise Project (TEP) concept.
It is a very unique and innovative concept of training where students undergo practice-based learning through attachments with real business centres within the campus.
The concept involves simulating authentic industry environment and facilities within the campus, so that students are trained on the latest equipment and follow actual industry practices. They have the opportunity to work on industry-commissioned projects, supervised by staff with extensive industry experience. Business students are scheduled to operate real business centres set up in the campus by the School of Business Management .
These business centres include Centre for Business Innovation (CBI), Customer Relationship Management Call Centre (CRMCC), International Business Resource Centre (IBRC), Marketing Services Centre (MSC) and Business Services Unit (BSU), amongst others. These businesses provide a platform for actual hands-on training for our students.
