Celebrity Chef Series - Chef Reynaldo Paulinho Arriola

On 8th June 2016, Chef Reynaldo Paulinho Arriola was invited to work with the Diploma in Food & Beverage Business students to plan, organise, and serve a Celebrity Chef Series lunch at the TEP training restaurant, L’Rez. Chef Reynaldo specialises in modern European cuisine fused with Asian influences, and has held positions in highly acclaimed restaurants in Evian and Bordeaux, such as Relais De Margaux and Evian Royal Hotel 5-Star Gastronomique Restaurant. After graduating from hospitality school Shatec in 2004 with a diploma in culinary skills, Chef Reynaldo worked in the kitchen of Raffles Hotel for a year before leaving for France in 2005. In total, he worked in France for five years before returning to Singapore in 2010 to join 7Adam as chef de cuisine. At the celebrity chef event, Chef Reynaldo guided students on techniques in preparing modern cuisines and also shared inspiring stories of his culinary journey as a local graduate.
