Better Innovation in Sugar-Reduction

Since Health Minister Gan Kim Yong declared ‘war against diabetes’ in April 2016, and Prime Minister rallying us to ‘go all out’ to fight diabetes, food and beverage manufacturers around the world have been looking for ways to cut sugar in their products, especially when the health effects of excess sugar consumption are incessantly scrutinized.

NYP-Tate & Lyle joint seminar-workshop “Better Innovation in Sugar-Reduction” will bring together a unique mix of industry, academia and the health and wellness communities to share insights on the global food and nutrition trends; and the innovative solutions in overcoming challenges in sugar reduction product development.
