Bioinformatics Group (BIG)

The Bioinformatics Group is tasked to develop bioinformatics capabilities at Nanyang Polytechnic through collaboration with industry partners and national research institutions.

The Bioinformatics Group works on the "Borderless Concept" and is peopled with staff members from the different schools in Nanyang Polytechnic.

The Bioinformatics Student Project Laboratory provides a venue for students from all schools in Nanyang Polytechnic to acquire critical knowledge, skills and valuable experience in the field of bioinformatics by working on industrial and in-house projects on a full-time basis.
