NYP won 17 medals at Singapore Robotic Games 2012

At the recently concluded Singapore Robotic Games 2012 held at ITE College East, Simei Campus, from 31 Jan to 02 Feb, NYP topped the medal tally, bagging a total of 17 medals - 6 Golds, 6 Silvers, and 5 Bronzes.

SEG students awarded Medallion for Excellence in WSC 2011

School of Engineering students Tan Chia Kai, Tang Shi Jie and Kenny represented Singapore at the WorldSkills Competition 2011 held in London (UK) and won The Medallion for Excellence Award for competing in the Mobile Robotics and CNC Milling trade.

Good Haul of Medals at the 16th FIRA HuroCup 2011 in Taiwan 

SEG shone at the prestigious annual international FIRA HuroCup and brought back 8 Golds, 6 Silvers and 3 Bronzes. Rocky, our Teen-size Humanoid, also won the Overall Champion for Large-size category.

SEG Students bagged three top awards with a Silver Medal at the TKK 2011 Competition 

Team SEG won three out of the six silver awards. The team also won two commendation awards and one merit award.

Yu Zhao Xin , Lin Lin and Zhu Ying from Diploma in Electronics, Computer & Communications Engineering (DECC) clinched a Silver Award for the Project BLink.

Students from both Diploma in Aerospace Systems & Management (DASM) and Diploma in Electronics, Computer & Communications Engineering (DECC) who participated for the first time, won 2 silver and 4 bronze awards.
