Singapore Robotic Games 2012

The Engineering Team has done it again! At the recently concluded Singapore Robotic Games 2012 held at ITE College East, Simei Campus, from 31 Jan to 02 Feb, NYP topped the medal tally, bagging a total of 17 medals - 6 Golds, 6 Silvers, and 5 Bronzes.
Our robots raced and went on to sweep the top 3 medals in 2 categories, namely, the Marathon Legged Robot Race and the Wall Climbing Robot Race. Our autonomous sumo robot team has, for the first time, managed to clinch the gold medal in the category. Also, in the Pole Balancing robot category, our robot has brought back the gold medal which has eluded us for many years.
