Foreign Student Exchange

 

 

To add to the vibrancy of polytechnic life and to expose our local students to working with different nationalities, the School of Engineering at Nanyang Polytechnic has in place a Foreign Student Exchange Programme. This programme offers internship and attachment opportunities at Nanyang Polytechnic for outstanding international students.

 

With our strong industry linkages, the School provides these exchange students with challenging, interesting and practical projects which are relevant to their training and academic goals. The aim is to help develop them to the fullest to meet the industry needs and to enrich their student experience. While with us, we provide them with opportunities to contribute, implement and work on industry-related projects.

The School has established strong academic links with several overseas institutions and universities. We have also signed several Memorandums Of Understanding with many partner universities, including University of Queensland (Australia), Ecole SuperieureDngenieurs en Electrotechnique et Electronique (France), Fachhochschule Potsdam (Germany), Fachhochschule Esslingen (Germany) and Fachhochschule Mannheim (Germany).

 

The Foreign Student Exchange Programme benefits both the international and our local students. Many friendships have formed and many networking bases have formed too which go on to enrich the whole polytechnic experience.
