Accumulated Experience Sharing

In the School of Engineering, besides learning from the usual lecture, practical and tutorial sessions, your learning is also enhanced through the use of the AES® system. The Accumulated Experience Sharing (AES®) represents the polytechnic's pioneering approach to knowledge management where real-life industrial projects and work experiences are systematically organised and kept electronically.

As an Engineering student, you can add value to your knowledge by broadening your exposure to the wide and varied spectrum of engineering projects available in AES® in the form of project case studies, and thereby increase your efficiency in learning.

AES® gives access to diverse information for students to utilise and build upon

AES® hosts project studies ranging from Automation systems to Biomedical Engineering

Using information technology and other hypermedia such as text, sound and video images, AES® provides quick and easy access to the rich reservoir of intellectual resources, best practices and invaluable experiences that were acquired over time.

At AES®, students learn how some of the best ideas were materialized
