IC Chip Mounter
This IC Chip Mounter was developed to automate the precise placement of SMT components and IC chip on a circuit board, improving both placement speed and accuracy. To allow for quick product changeover, the mounter was designed for table-mount and programmed using ‘teach-and-playback’ method, to facilitate quick re-deployment.
