Intelligent Omni-View Navigation System for Unmanned Land Vechicle
SEG developed the system to provide semi-autonomous navigation for unmanned land vehicles. Incorporating a location positioning determination algorithm utilising a context-based navigation and trigonometry technique, GPS, on-board embedded intelligence and wireless communications, the system enables the vehicle to reach the target destination identified by the user on the 360 degree panoramic display of the environment. The system can provide defence forces with the ability to operate semi-autonomous unmanned land vehicles with enhanced situation-awareness for field surveillance operations.
