SPH-Ignite 2010
IGNITE 2010 is a competition that encourages students to develop a creative solution for SPH Magazines to venture into a new media space.
A team of three SIT students (Sayid Hafiz bin Sayid Zin, Patrick Goh Wei Ming, Lim Shi Qi Adeline) emerged as Champion of IGNITE 2010 with their creative solution, an Android-based mobile application called Droid Designer.
Droid Designer's main purpose is to allow the user to decorate their room virtually. Some of the key features include Smart Measurement, Generation of Digital Floor Plan and Generation of 3D Floor Plan, Virtual Home Decoration and Photo stitching. The team also won the special award for Android mobile application.
