Course Aims

Diploma in Business Intelligence & Analytics

 

The course aims to develop and equip students with:

  • essentials of social sciences and business concepts such as psychology, sociology, communication skills and consumer behavior;

  • the ability to conceptualise and develop innovative applications delivered through social media channels and/or mobile platforms;

  • the techniques and concepts on data modelling, analytics and visualisation techniques to visualize, analyse and interpret data to derive useful insights for developing corporate strategies;

  • the ability to design enterprise collaboration applications to enable collaboration and networking across departments and divisions.

Duration: 3 academic years on a full-time basis.
