Ong Teng Cheong (OTC) Labour Leadership Institute offers Basic Certificate in Industrial Relations (Core Leadership Development Programmes)course to all union members.

Participants will be introduced to trade unionism and industrial relations in Singapore, by providing the basic knowledge and skills for effective leadership.It also provide participants with an opportunity to develop confidence and exchange ideas and experiences with fellow unionists.
