Singapore-Cambridge GCE 'O' / Singapore ITE Certificate Holders
a. The following GCE ‘O’ level holders may apply :

candidates who could not apply through the JAE or who do not meet the entry requirements for polytechnic courses |
| |
2. |
non-Singaporean private candidates or from private schools |
| |
3. |
non-Singaporeans previously from government, government-aided and independent schools |
b. The following NITEC holders
(except NITEC in Nursing & Higher NITEC in Paramedic & Emergency Care) may apply :

1. |
candidates with net GPA less than 3.5
(Note : Those with net GPA 3.5 and above and those graduating in early Apr 10 are to apply through JPAE in Feb 2010.) |

2. |
candidates without GCE ‘O’/’N’ levels |
c. Former or current polytechnic/ university students may apply
d. NITEC in Nursing & Higher NITEC in Paramedic & Emergency Care holders :
(for3-yrs full-time diploma in Nursing only)

3.0 ≤ GPA < 3.5 |

2. |
at least one year relevant working experience, and |
| |
3. |
recommended by employer |
