Change Request Submission
The Change Request Exercise For AY 2012/2013 S1 is from 04-Apr-2012 to 20-Apr-2012.
1. Reasons supported with valid documentary proof must be submitted to the SEG Admin at Block S.
2. All requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subjected to the approval of the school.
3. Only approved cases will be notified through this website by Week 3, Friday (04-May-2012).
4. Students are to reprint and follow the new timetable thereafter.
