It was a clean sweep for NYP as our teams impressed judges with their innovative ideas. Despite being up against 68 teams from various IHLs, we swept the top three prizes.

Organised annually by the Singapore Logistics Association (SLA) and Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS), the Supply Chain Challenge ++ Competition was held on 27 Jul.

Students from the Diploma in Business Management (Supply Chain Management) tried tackling real-life supply chain issues. Some of the proposed ideas included the use of machine learning and artificial intelligence for green logistics, automated technologies to ease inventory management, and reorganising processes for companies to build sustainable supply chains.

Three NYP teams received cash prizes and a five-week mentorship from their mentor companies (Germaxco Shipping Agencies, Global Airfreight International and SFS Global Logistics).
