Admission Requirements
The applicant must possess a Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science(s)/ Pharmacy Science from a local polytechnic.
For applicants who do not hold the aforementioned qualification, they must possess at least a diploma, passed the Certified Pharmacy Technician Course (CPTC) conducted by the Pharmaceutical Society of Singapore (PSS) and have at least two (2) years of relevant working experience (i.e. working in a pharmacy as a pharmacy assistant / pharmacy technician).
Applicants who do not meet the entry requirements may be considered for admission to the course based on:
- Evidence of at least 5 years of relevant working experience; OR
- Supporting evidence of competency readiness.
Suitable applicants who are shortlisted will have to go through an interview and/or entrance test. The Polytechnic reserves the right to shortlist and admit applicants.
All applicants must be currently employed by employers who are willing to participate in the on-the-job training as mentioned.

Terms and conditions apply. Fees quoted are based on prevailing funding policies. Course fees are reviewed by MOE on an annual basis and adjusted accordingly. A supplementary fee (subject to annual review and change) of $10.20 for miscellaneous fees per module and $2.13 for insurance fee per financial year is payable. For WSP-mode, fees will be sponsored by companies.
