Singapore Red Cross TransportAid Brand Campaign

The Singapore Red Cross (SRC) committed itself to building a specialised team of TransportAid service to help the elderly and disabled from low-income homes. The SRC will strengthen the service with an additional three new emergency transporters for non-life-threatening medical cases. However, they faced a challenge – Singaporeans were not aware of the variety of services that SRC could provide.

To strengthen its brand recall and awareness of the services SRC can offer, our Diploma in Visual Communication students developed a branding strategy for SRC TransportAid. The branding strategy was applied to its social media and reached out to the society.

With the new branding strategy, SRC is taking this opportunity to review its brand identity and story, in order to strengthen recall and take it further into the future.
