Integral Industrial International Pte Ltd (i3) is a start-up that specialises in providing Preventive Maintenance as a Service to machinery owners. The idea is to utilise smart vibration sensors to monitor the health of machines and alert when maintenance is required through the use of Data Analytics & Machine Learning. This will help factories to avoid unnecessary downtime due to machine breakdowns, which will in turn affect production schedule.

School of Information Technology (SIT) has helped i3 to develop the entire suite of software solution that integrates the sensors, gateways and ARM Pelion IoT cloud platform. A Customer Management Portal and IoT Monitoring Dashboard were also developed to facilitate customer engagements and visualisation of data collected by the sensors.
