  • At the end of this diploma, you’ll gain the following course competencies:

    • Biopharmaceutical Processes​

    • Quality Control & Assurance​

    • Transfer & Unit Processes​

    • Process Control & Digitalisation Skills​

    • Environment, Health & Safety Management​

    • 23 Competency Units (CmU)
      Within each interdisciplinary Competency Unit, skills and knowledge from different disciplines are integrated and taught holistically. This enables the students to fulfil specific work-tasks upon completion. Completing the Competency Units will also equip our students with five Course Competencies.
    • 3 Competency Canvases
      Where skills and knowledge learnt are assessed for competency, together with a Work-Integration-Unit (WIU), which is a workplace contextualised project. You have to complete all three to graduate.
    • 1 Final Year Project
    • 2 Internship Programmes
    • 6 - 11 LifePRO Units NEW
      These learning units will support your holistic development beyond your domain-specific studies.

Internships

Bridge the gap between theory and practice with hands-on experiences. Learn from industry professionals from world-class biopharmaceutical companies like GSK, Novartis and Lonza. Besides valuable technical skills, you will have the opportunity to grow your professional networks, and give your resume an impressive edge.

 

Learners will also have the option to undertake a second internship programme, during which they will work on real-world projects to develop relevant competencies, including those related to sustainability or digitalisation. This will give learners a total of 42 weeks of company-based learning.

Diploma-Plus Programmes
