The School of Design & Media (SDM) offers a variety of design consultancy and services to the industry. This allows staff and students to work together with the industry to realise projects for the benefit of all.

Cellini Experience Journey Mapping
Briefing by Cellini personnel in preparation for the customer journey mapping project.
Wing Tai Experience Journey Mapping
Customer experience journey mapping at Wing Tai’s TopShop. The results will be analysed and used to improve service experience.
Lifestyle Design
Students designed, fabricated and installed a sight and sound display which captured the imagination of visitors at the Nex Shopping Mall.
ONG&ONG Millennials Project
Lifestyle product design project supported by ONG&ONG Group - a customisable set of modular fashion bags for the millennials.
Magic Forest
Sustainable wooden toy design for Magic Forest.
NKF Dialysis Centres
Making the waiting lounge at the National Kidney Foundation Dialysis Centres more comfortable and friendly for patients. Five centres have adopted this concept.

Design proposals for public education for Dover Park Hospice.
