SkillsFuture Career Transition Programme (SCTP)

The SkillsFuture Career Transition Programme (SCTP) launched by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) supports mid-career individuals in acquiring industry-relevant skills to improve employability and pivot to new sectors or job roles. This train-and-place programme is available on a part-time or full-time format, ranging from three to 12 months.

The SCTP is open to all Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents who are looking for training opportunities to transit to a new sector or job role. Both unemployed and employed individuals looking for a career switch can participate in SCTP courses, as long as they can fulfil training commitments, including minimum attendance requirements and passing of assessments to qualify for course fee subsidies.
