Course Aims
This three-hour workshop will enable you to gain first-hand experience of how psychodrama works and understand the nuts and bolts of directing a simple psychodrama exercise.
By the end of this workshop, you will be able to:
- experience a full session - as per clients' experience - with warm up, action and integration;
- direct a timeline of gratitude and unearth meaningful moments using the five instruments: stage, director, protagonist, auxiliary egos and audience; and
- facilitate clients to achieve a more positive outlook of life and personal well-being.
Who Should Attend
This workshop is customised for institutions/ organisations with professionals, with/without experience in facilitating groupwork, working with vulnerable groups such as the elderly, caregivers, youth-at-risk or people with mood disorders.
Certification
Participants will be awarded an e-Certificate of Participation at the end of the three-hour workshop.
