Course Aims

Embracing change is the present and future of workplace especially when COVID-19 has changed how we work drastically, along with the technology advancements and the need to stay connected. Changes in workplace affect working experience and frequently lead to work-related stress. Without awareness and management techniques, stress can affect the working adult’s confidence and management of changes.

By taking this course, learners will be able to improve stress management and emotional regulation to better cope with workplace changes.

At the end of the course, learners will be able to:

  • Identify and evaluate their individual patterns of coping in the face of workplace stressors.
  • Develop and implement stress management and emotional regulation to better cope with workplace changes.
