Course Aims
This course aims to help both new and experienced social service professionals, working with individuals and families, gain a deeper understanding of the competencies and skills required for casework assessment and intervention.
By the end of this course, you will be able to:
- appreciate the considerations of casework assessment and intervention in practice;
- gain confidence to apply casework assessment and intervention tools; and
- demonstrate skills in casework assessment and intervention with evidence.
Who Should Attend
This course is for new Social Work Associates or Assistants, working in the social service sector, who are supporting, or directly involved with casework planning, assessment, and intervention.
It is also suitable for experienced social service professionals as a quick refresher course on casework assessment and intervention.
Certification
Participants will be awarded an e-certificate upon completion of the course.
