  • Acquisition of Technical Competency

    Learner acquires competencies (e.g. RPA, Data Analytics, Design Thinking) through capstone project development.
  • Structured Training Plan

    On-Job-Training (OJT) blueprint provides a structured training plan for both mentor and learner to evaluate the outcomes and expectations of the training.
  • Technical Mentorship & Consultation

    Learner will be attached to mentors from NYP for project consultation and are expected to work on their projects according to the broad timeline provided.
  • Professional Certification

    Post-project validation workshop to evaluate learning outcomes and prepare learner for professional certification*.
