Local organisations are finding ways to equip their employees with the right skills and tools necessary to navigate the digital environment. SIA Engineering Company Limited (SIAEC) is one them. In fact, they are the first to collaborate on a large scale with NYP for the customized SkillsFuture for Digital Workplace course. The company worked closely with SIT to adapt the programme so that employees pick up foundational digital literacy skills that are relevant to their organisation. About 4,000 SIAEC employees will undergo the programme in the next two years.
