Biomedical Engineering Society 2018 Scientific Meeting

Students and alumni from the Diploma in Biomedical Engineering (DBE) programme and the Diploma in Nanotechnology and Material Science (NMS) programme won three medals, in the Polytechnic Podium and the BES Design Challenge:
Lee Bao Jun (NM1603) won the Gold Award, Polytechnic Podium, for "Bio-inspired Hip Protector for the Elderly"
Ho Wai Sheng Wilson (BE1504, alumni) won the Silver Award, Polytechnic Podium, for "Development of mobile application for colour blindness self-assessment"
Muhammad Nur Aslam (BE1502, alumni) won the Bronze Award, BES Design Challenge, for " Navigation System For The Visually Handicapped"
