Course Aims

The course aims to develop students and equip them with:

• skills in a spectrum of state-of-the-art technologies encompassing web development, digital media interaction design, web services, mobile technology, cloud computing and enterprise applications development;

• essential know-how in industry-grade software development and management, from analysis and design to implementation, testing and quality assurance;

• industry best practices in the innovative and effective use of IT in domain areas such as social media and analytics, digital entertainment, information security and forensics, and geospatial and mobile innovation; and

• essential life skills in creative and critical thinking, team building, self-directed learning, effective communication and enterprising spirit.

Duration: Three academic years on a full-time basis.
