Job seekers looking for a position in the retail sector can now do so, anywhere, anytime, on their smart phones. SIRS Jobs/Courses Mobile is the first app launched in Singapore on 23 April 2013, especially dedicated to the retail industry. The app will inform job seekers of career opportunities including information on the job functions, requirements, remuneration and even location. It can also provide information on relevant training programmes for the retail sector. Employers can advertise job vacancies through this app, reaching out directly to prospective employees.
