Interactive installations created by SIDM students on show at the ArtScience Museum.

Several impressive works created by students from the School of Interactive & Digital Media (SIDM) were up for public viewing at the ArtScience Museum Singapore.

A team of students created 'TEASE' for the Human+: The Future of Our Species exhibition that is currently running till Oct 15. This is a playful and whimsical interactive installation that explores interpersonal relationships between humans and technology. It has a series of mechanical body parts that visitors can touch, scratch, pinch or squeeze - eliciting different reactions from the installation.

Projects by SIDM students were also on display at the ArtScience Museum's Sunday Showcase held from May 21 to 23. Among the cutting-edge projects undertaken by local tertiary students were 11 interactive works created by SIDM students under the theme 'Through Our Eyes'. Their immersive works incorporated elements of new media, art and technology.
