From Monday, 30 October 2023, click here to visit our new Online Queue System.

1.       Click on "Get a Q Number".

2.       Select your service.

3.       Enter your mobile.

4.       Receive a confirmation SMS with your queue number and your queue position.

You won’t need to visit i@Central in person to get a queue number. Just appear when it's nearing your turn.
