Degustation Delights
School of Business Management Published on 10 Aug 2018

Nine courses, three days, and many guests... Our Food & Beverage Business students put together a stunning nine-course menu, degustation-style, for three sets of special guests. The special event is a tribute to the late Paul Bocuse, a three-star Michelin chef who passed away earlier this year. Bocuse - commonly known as Monsieur Paul - was an ambassador of modern French cuisine and was known for simplicity and generosity in his cooking. A chocolate statue of Monsieur Paul, cleverly crafted by the students, took centre stage at L'Rez. The eatery was also transformed into a Parisian bistro, with décor and table settings decked out in French colours. It was smiles all around as guests tasted the delectable dishes carefully prepared by our students. The pictures make you wish you had gone, right?
