SEG Students Emerged Champion at SAFMC2019

Students from our School of Engineering (SEG) bagged the prestigious Championship Award at the Singapore Amazing Flying Machine Competition 2019.
Organised by DSO National Laboratories and Science Centre Singapore, the annual competition provides a unique platform for students to create extraordinary flying machines.
The competing teams were tasked to program a flying machine to perform tasks and navigate obstacles in the arena. Our team of Year 3 students from the Diploma in Aerospace Systems & Management emerged as the winning team for the Category D2 Autonomous. The team spent six months overcoming various challenges to prepare for this competition. Their hard work paid off!
